I found a phrase that describes that creature's mental condition-- "factitious bereavement". It's sort of like Munchausen's. Basically a bid for unearned and undeserved attention and sympathy.

Ter-AY-za is loopy! To me she always looks like she's had a few too many prescription meds! And her hair is the most god-awful stuff I've seen on anybody. Someone with her kind of wealth can certainly afford a different hair stylist, but maybe they are afraid of what she'll do if they fix it for her.
