The internals must be so bad that the campaign is willing to stake everything on this lawsuit. In the public mind, there will be a winner and a loser. This tells us the Kerry campaign itself has decided there's nothing left to lose, might as well bet the house. Huge, hugh, whatever.
Yeh, and the 'internals' with that other subset [BC and HC] maybe considering how 'a Torrecelli' might impact the election. Can they pull it off? You know that is a topic under discussion.

This is just a way for the Kerry group to change the focus from the content of the Swift-boat ads to blaming it on Bush. They can't counter the charges, so they are changing the subject, and the MSM will be more than happy to help
