I think they'll have to repeal the First Amendment. I think they already did, when the Supreme Court found the Campaign Finance Reform Act constitutional. It just wasn't reported that way. Instead it was reported as a victory for "the people". ('Course they meant "the People" in the sense used in "People's Republic" or "People's Army, meaning the state)
