Thank you for the tip. For those who misses mass55th relevant point:

Zach Exley, the director of special projects for the MoveOn PAC, is going to the Kerry campaign to become its director of online communications and organization."
That was reported in April by CNN. Here's a link to the whole article:

Kerry camp filing a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission.

I hope the FEC gives Kerry/DNC the same "feeble and lame" excuse they gave to the RNC when they filed against the 527s earlier for MoveOn.org.

Bet the DNC wishes they had agreed to not allow the use of 527s when the RNC complained to the FEC now. Too bad -- only 2 more weeks until the 527s can't provide ads anymore anyway.

What a whiner! Rope-a-dope!

Peach -- I want his divorce records -- where Julia Stimson Thorne (first heiress) divorced kerry and left him penniless, or without a dime. Why was he left penniless? Ask Howie Carr, Radio Host and columnist, Boston, Ma., if you don't believe me. Now why did she do that? They even had children, you would think she'd have been a bit nicer -- could she have been angry ?

I'm trying to remember what I read about that years ago. We lived in CT and got a lot of MA news.

I think she was sick with depression and he was cheating on her.

FROM The Brit Hume ROUNDTABLE---Closed Caption Transcript--

Joined in progress....

he things he said in the book, which poined the finger at some of the other veterans, is what they say prompted them to switch from saying nice things about kerry in the middle 1990's no now saying, oh, no, you don't because they claim that they welandered by his book. Where does this go from here, mort?

>> I'm not sure where it goes, but it goes round and round and round, but this latest tack, I think, is a fallback on the part of the swift boat people, and I think it's a fallback to where -- what they really were originally mad about, which was what kerry did when he got back from vietnam and the winter soldier thing and the vietnam veterans against the war, and they were furious about that from the beginning, especially john o'neal who wrote the book, this latest book, "unfit for command" and debated kerry quite successfully, as a matter of fact, on the dick cav ut show. These people, as major garrett pointed out, three of them, anyway, went to massachusetts, dwinded kerry, laweded his service until douglas brinkley's book came out, and kerry represented them as war criminals, and now they're furious at him. All of this takes away from the charges, it seems to me, that kerry -- the original charges that kerry phony the up his record in vietnam and was a baby killer and all that kind of stuff. I think they've stepped back from that. They're not retracting it, but they're changing the subject.

>> When the democrats are changing the subject when they make the subject the personality of the accusers. They have all -- they have leveled enormous attacks on the accusers. The real issue is what we say on tape of john kerry. It's what he said ch it's what he did. You can't escape what he said and did. When he -- when he decides that he is going to run for the presidency not just as a vietnam vet, but as a vietnam hero, well, he has to actually account for how he acted after he returned, and I think there are two sides to this story. A, how did he act on the ground in the war? Where I think there's honestly a difference of opinion in the fog of warment. People remember how things occurred differently. I think that's honest. As to what he did after, that's on the record. It's not in the fog of a river in the junglE. It's on tape in the senate. We can hear it. We can see it. I think that's going to hurt him a lot. Jim: The interesting thing about this, jeff, is obviously if senator kerry authorized this biography, i think it's fair to say on the thinking that it would help so far level the playing field on who would best be commander in chief to give him some credentials to go up against president bush. Now, of course, it's become a controversy, and a poll out today shows that 44% of self-described independents believe the -- they find these ads somewhat or very believable. That would explain why the kerry campaign is out in spades every day fighting this.

>> RighT. There's also another poll that shows that veterans who were more or less split between bush and kerry now are moving more toward bush in the wake of these swift boat for truth ads. There's no question that -- that kerry took a gamble when he made as a centerpiece of his campaign his service in vietnam , and using that to justify his role as a potential commander in chief. It -- it put a big target on his service in vietnam and right afterward, and all this group is doing is casting doubt and some of this doubt, I have to say, is questionable itselF. I mean, as the "new york times" pointed out in a story on the front page on friday that a lot of these people have -- who are now going on the air against kerry once praised him, as you mentioned. But every one of these ads, whether actually paid for or put on news shows, undercuts kerry's main justification, and that is a problem, and that's why we're seeing kerry talk about it and we see both the democratic national committee and the kerry campaign putting on ads. Jim: Precisely why there's a new d.N.C. Ad way man who was one of the commanding generals in the persian gulf war.

>> As a fighter pilot i saw my share of combat. As chief of staff i led the air force during the first gulf war, and four years ago i endorsed george bush for president, but this year I'm voting for john kerry. Jim: Now, obviously, this election, oddly enough, has come to this point, and the key question -- and you have a knock down-drag out battle over this -- is who would be best as commander in chief.

>> That's what it's all about. It's a legitimate questioN. Here we are, you know, in a new era of a new kind of war that we've never fought before, and the question is who would be the better commander in chief? On the basis of kerry's record, starting from when he got back from vietnam, it is a consistent pattern of being against every use of force and the capabilities to use force against the gulf war in 1991, against the contras in central america, voting against practically every weapons system, and so on and so forth. Now, that would suggest that -- that enemies of the united states, if that's what we're worried about, you know, need not be too worried about john kerry as commander in chief.

>> Kerry having himself endorsed by a general, of course, when we saw him standing up in boston, he was being endorsed by the crew mates. I thought the democrats and liberals were the wudges who used to decry the undue influence of the military on america and the military complex, et cetera. It's ironic that democrats are now invoking the authority of people who have a star and appear as the military officials as ones who ought to direct civilians on how to vote. I poibted out it's legitimate, but it is a twist, and it shows how desperate democrats are with the record that kerry has had in the senate over 20 years to change the subject. Jim: That's all for this segment, but when we come back, the kerry campaign files a complaint about the federal election commission over all this today. That and some other issues when we come back with the all-stars right after the break.

Kerry is a thin-skinned crybaby.

HE SURE IS. The first sign of conflict, He cries like a little girl!

This girlie-boy can't even take a political hit, so imagine what he'd do after a terrorist attack! Run?
This "stop them they're hurting me " behavior makes me believe the vets are even more right when they say he's definitely no hero! He's cowering in fear right now because of a commercial? What a total dork!

Just like the VFW.

Some will applaud.

Some will not.

The A.L. big wigs will shake his hand.

In my opinion, neither organization should let him in the door.

"Unfrickinbelieveable. With all the arrows thrown at President Bush during the last year with book after book after book - all prominently displayed at every single frickin' bookstore - not once did he suggest they shouldn't be sold. Same goes for all the vitriolic ads out by MoveOn.org, ACT, etc."

Don't forget Michael Moore sitting in the Nominees Box with Jimmy Carter...and I believe it was during Kerry's acceptance speech!

Let the Dems bring this to court - 1 lawsuit vs. 500 counter-suits.

According to DU, this is a smoking gun for coordination between the Bush campaign and the Swift Vets:
