Tucker Carlson just said that CNN has been notified that the Kerry camp will seek to have the goverment pull the Swift Boat veterans for Truth ads.

I wasn't interested in Unfit for Command until Kerry/Media began all their belly aching and smearing the Vets. That's when I placed my order...
I agree

Can someone PLEASE go to the NYT link and click on "Graphic:Connections, Contradictions" under the second heading on the left - and save the graph?
That graph is Kerry's evidence - it's all he's got.
Hey, thanks!
As I said on another post to you, I did see them take on an issue once that surprised me because it was so obviously against DNC interests.
O'Neil on Hannity said he faced enemy fire in Vietnam. He said he's comfortable with his family and his beliefs and he's not afraid (paraphrasing)
So much so that nobody's even seen John Edwards in ages. They made fun of Cheney's hiding in a cave, but it looks like Edwards has been shackled in that dungeon.
YES!! See my tagline. It's scary. And very textbook. And sadly many sheeple seem to not notice or care. Sigh.
He's Stupid...
NOW the NEW AD is running for FREEEEEE!!
Reminded me of the graph explaining Hillary's Healthcare scam.
McCain-Feingold has stifled political speech in this country. Both parties will find loopholes to get around these stupid laws. All we need is full disclosure of who is funding what and let the chips fall where they may. The SBVFT have been operating on a shoestring. The reason their ads are so effective is the messagem not the amount of money to make and air them.

WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Kerry-Edwards campaign spokesman Chad Clanton released the following statement today about the new Swift Boat Veterans for Bush ad:
"This is another ad from a front group funded by Bush allies that is trying to smear John Kerry. The newest ad takes Kerry's testimony out of context, editing what he said to distort the facts.
He testified as a 27 year-old Vietnam veteran. He opposed a war that, at that point, cost over 44,000 lives of the 58,245 names that are on the Vietnam Memorial wall. It says a lot that the President refuses to condemn this smear. The American people want to hear how we're going to cut health care costs and strengthen the economy, not smears." ------ Paid for by Kerry-Edwards 2004, Inc. http://www.usnewswire.com/ "
Kerry is TOAST and this was a last ditch effort .. they hung themselves by filing this complaint
Trying to Ban and Shut up POW's was the DUMBEST thing Kerry could have down
Scott McClellan repeatedly referring to Kerry as "losing his cool" over this, going so far as to draw the comparison the media has been slow to draw so far b/w George Bush getting shellacked for months by 527s and, well, not losing his cool.
Hmm...a bombastic, thin-skinned, knee-jerk president is not what America needs in these difficult times...
John Kerry is now trying to silence vets after he spent years protesting the war and using the first amendment to his advantage. Now he's trying to kill the same right that he used against his country.
Vets, its time to take a stand against Kerry. Let your voices be heard!
Hey Mr. Stern,
Well, Kerry has filed a complaint against free speech against the
Swift Boat Vets with the FEC. Seems they are in about the same
position your are. You going to jump to their defense against the
government intrusion?
I am not sure, but aren't there some constitutional issues involved here?
Isn't it wonderful what the McCain-Feingold CFR led to! They must be very proud of their accomplishment. When they couldn't get Bush to violate the law by asking the Vets to stop, they accuse him of coordination anyway.
Wish I could scream like Dean! I despise Lurch.
Thanks!
Is the NY Times playing Six Degrees of Karl Rove? What maroons.
