Web hosted eBooks and PDF files. Distribute at a nominal fee to cover storage and bandwidth. Larger distributions as an ISO-9600 CDROM image. CDROM forms can be any commonly viewable filetypes. Mailed CDROMs for people with limited bandwidth. The publishing houses and books stores would lose a big volume of business if they choose to engage in content censorship.
