Hollowell accused of picking up hooker

Melvin Butch Hollowell had barely stepped into his prominent new role as a legal adviser to John Kerry's presidential campaign when the bombshell dropped late Thursday afternoon: The attorney with friends in high places had been cited for allegedly picking up a prostitute near his upscale Palmer Woods home in Detroit.
Hollowell, 44, had recently resigned as cochairman of Michigan's Democratic Party to take the position with Kerry's campaign.
Hollowell's car was impounded with a $900 retrieval cost. The allegations of soliciting a prostitute left dumbfounded those who know him as a straitlaced attorney with deep political and family roots in Detroit and Michigan.
His attorney, Gerald Evelyn, said his client is innocent and that he was just trying to help the woman. She was charged with soliciting.

The media has been covering for Dems for so long, while going after Reps, that the two parties have evolved in two different directions. Dems have become slime, because they get away with it. Reps become pure as-the-driven-snow, because they must to survive.

This is just awful. Now the Dems will try to use this to justify getting rid of most of the minorities at the DNC a few months back.

How could they tell the difference between Hollowell and the hooker?
And for those of you not in Detroit..........Palmer Park, Woodward Ave, Night, Democrat, Woman going into a car....... trust me, she's a hooker.
