Whoohoo! More on Paul Galanti:
"During the 2000 presidential primaries, Galanti was the Virginia Chair of Senator John McCain's presidential bid. "John is the only guy I know who is more positive than I am," says Galanti. "He did quite well in Virginia especially considering that the campaign was composed of an all-volunteer Army of political non-professionals"!
Now lets see if McCain trashes one of his former campaign workers.

...they should add, "but John Kerry is responsible for requiring it be said."If people are upset that the pain and tragedy of the Viet Nam War is being dug up and rehashed on the national stage they have one man to blame for it. John Fonda Kerry.

Just got told about Rush's playing the ad, though I didn't make it in time to hear it. Devastating, apparently, even without the video!!

Me too. This ad brought tears to my eyes.It made me cry too. It must be heartwrenching for the Viet Vets and POW's. I can't even imagine their pain--suffered all these years.
I hope this ad cleanses their souls and brings them peace. They have to know we love and admire them for their service.
Go to Hell Kerry

Thank you so much for your dedication and service to our country! I pray that Kerry truly does get what he deserves for his actions.

He doesn't have anything else to run on . . . his Senate record is even more boring and dull than his typical campaign speech.
AC, I think we've been lulled in. Swiftboat/VietNam = Red Herring. These ads and books are devastating to Kerry; Kerry's campaign is chock full of Clintonistas who probably directed him in this direction to get everyone fighting Viet Nam over again. Someone on FR said yesterday that Kerry (really Clintons, et al, IMHO) is "spitting" on the Vets now just like they did when they came back the first time. Meanwhile, HRC gets every "t" crossed, etc.

"Have they pulled the ad? I listened a while ago, then got a windows media player update, then it wouldn't work. I can't even download the source file."
The site is getting slammed with thousand of hits. The ad is generating a HUGE (or is it hugh? ) amount of traffic.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the word has gotten out to the masses on the Internet - go and see the new Swift Boat Vets' ad.

Let's see what McLame has to say about this piece...Major Garrett reported this morning that one of the POWs in this very ad was a visible McCain supporter back during 2000.
An important facet for a couple reasons: First it destroys the "this is the same group that went against McCain during 2000".
Second, McCain can hardly condemn the man as a liar.
I'm sorry, I was in the other room during most of the report and did not note which POW in the ad Garrett was referring to, but keep an eye and ear out for that.

The only site is:
http://www.swiftvets.com/
There is no "boat" in the address.
A few weeks ago, I read here on FR that similar sounding addresses were bought up by lefties -- one took you directly to salon.com where the dem talking points rebuttal to the Swift vets ad was posted.

It's just nuts, isn't it? They've been getting away with lies, deception and vicious attacks for years, so I guess this time they were a little too full of themselves. I dunno.
I gues they figured if the country coulod put up with draft dodging lying Clinton and since the GOP didn't have the balls to go after his Vietnam actions they could get away with anything
And they were 100% right about the wimped out GOP BUT they didn't count on the real tough guys in this country coming out
It took grass roots types in 94 ( Despite what Newt thinks ) and that is what is happening here
Too bad we can't get rid of all the RINOs while we are at it

Kerry's group is correct, the ad is being supported by Texas republicans....me and my $25.00. and California Republicans with my $50.00 and a MD republican with my 500 dollars. I just checked in with another $25. Bringing my total up to $50 and the office total up to $100. 527's can run these ads all the way up to the day of the election. Does anyone know if our donor information is available online. I know some leftie will get my Bush donation info and Swift Donor info side by side to demonstrate that I am one of the "big money right wing republican attack dogs" oh and a "businessman" to boot. Like who doesn't work in business?

According to caller on Rush, the RAT talking point response to the new Swiftee ad is, "Well, it's interesting that they've (Swiftees) have now moved from attacking Kerry's heroism and have now moved to talking about after the war"> paraphrasing
Meaning, the spin is that the RATS are implying the Swifties have abandoned their main point and moved on to another topic because they had to.
Why am I so NOT SURPRISED!
