I can't get the video to play on my computer at the office but I just heard Rush play it.

Even on the radio I got cold chills. Thank you, Swifties.

How could the people of his state ever elect him to any public office?

Consider his home state and you will get your answer...look who else thay have given us, and what their legislators' agenda is. Still wondering?

Everytime I do a Freep, some democrat asks "who is paying you ?" Once Clinton himself asked who was paying us. Clinton could not comprehend the concept of people doing anything out of a sense of personal honor and integrity.

There's a reason for this. These people are from a party that is bankrolled by very wealthy interests, yet must appeal to society's biggest losers to get their votes.

The notion that an average, ordinary person would be willing to 1) spend money in the political process, and/or 2) show up at a demonstration somewhere, is completely alien to these people.

"This may be the single most devastating TV ad in political history."

I just showed this ad to one of my more liberal coworkers. He's never been a JF'nK supporter, but he refuses to vote for Bush. Anyways, after he saw this new ad, he said, and I quote: "Kerry's toast! Forget it, I'm just not voting this year."

The SBV's have hit another home run. Job well done!!!

There is no other reason for Kerry to bring up VN . . .

Yes, there is.

He had to bring up Vietnam because the 35 years that have passed since then have been an utter waste of time for him. He doesn't have anything else to run on . . . his Senate record is even more boring and dull than his typical campaign speech.

I will do so as soon as I get home. I am babysitting and using my son's computer, and I don't want to use his e-mail address. I am not sure how to access my e-mail from here.

Rest assured, I will donate.

It's simple: Kerry betrayed us in the field, betrayed his country, abetted the enemy and contributed to the deaths and suffering of U.S. fighting personnel. He can't be allowed to lead our military.

I remember watching the POW's get off the planes.

I remember those wrenching images from TV also. That was the era that I was in college. Many teenage girls were wearing bracelets with a POW's name on it, to honor the missing. Those were terrible times for our country, and John Kerry and Jane Fonda made them more terrible. What those traitors did was unforgiveable. Plus the liberal media trying to bash anyone who was conservative. What did we as college kids know at that time? We were being fed a steady stream of media lies, lies from our professors.

If McCain refuses to comment on this ad, his silence will be deafening!

If someone were to do a little research, we'd probably find the following mysterious person on a list of donors to the Swift Boat Vets:

McAne, Juan . . . Phoenix, AZ . . . $10,000

Have they pulled the ad? I listened a while ago, then got a windows media player update, then it wouldn't work. I can't even download the source file.

ME: Devastating for Kerry.

But then Kerry was never supposed to win, IMHO. His job was merely to provide cover for Bush to lurch further to the left.

This was orchestrated by Ted Kennedy.

If you want a conspiracy then I would look to a gentlemans agreement between Kennedy and Bush about 3 years ago. In Texas Bush ingratiated himself into to both parties when he was governor.

For Bush to be comfortable passing all of the very leftist socialist programs he had to be guaranteed that the Dems would not run a "conservative" Democrat who would trounce him.

I think Kennedy promised Bush to run Kerry, or a similar extreme left candidate, in exchange for Bush pushing through kennedy's education pork programs and other socialist programs.

This has been orchestrated, make no mistake.

Bush will win in double digits. I predicted that last year. Nothing has occured to change my mind.

YOU: "Thanks for posting this but your theory is abjectly absurd."

I understand politics pretty well.

The most substantial agreements in politics and business are often mere understandings, sometimes verbalized explicitly, sometimes understood by simple body language. But always behind the scenes. You recognize the agreements by the behaviour and actions of the politicians.

Remember why the conservatives were all wondering why we could not move our agenda to the right when Bush was so popular and Republicans owned Congress and Senate?

Bush was capturing all of the Democrat campaign issues. Remember that? He was doing it at a time when he was hugely popular and clearly perceived to be undefeatable come election time. Yet he was being a Democrat President.

The reason? Bush had an agreement with the most powerful Democrat in government, Ted Kennedy. He would give Kennedy everything he wanted in legislation and Kennedy would ensure that an extreme left candidate would be run against him.

This is typ[ical Bush. Give both sides what they want. But Bush needed political cover to ensure he wouldn't lose his base, so Kennedy had to promise a completely abhorent leftist candidate.

Otherwise Bush would be unable to give Kennedy anything, Bush would have to play to his conservative base instead and withold the increases in social program spending.

Bush would never give Kennedy anything without something substantial in reutrn. Kerry is Kennedy's gift to Bush. seriously.

IMHO (just a theory, I've begun assessing)
