At the moment I see it as 50/50 the jury will convict him based on the evidence. All they need IMO is one more solid piece of hard physical evidence, maybe that's what this "potential development" is all about.

I've heard enough to convict, and I haven't even heard it all. Strangers don't kidnap pregnant women, and dump their bodies into San Francisco Bay, where the suspect just happened to be fishing, in a boat that just happened to have cement mix in it...etc etc.....frye the a##hole [pun intended]

Well I tend to agree with you but you have to figure there's at least a couple more Justin Falconers on the jury who won't buy the circumstantial evidence. They're going to want more.

I love Vegas, Have a good time. Check out the water fountain show at the Bellagio at night. Try the buffet at the Mandalay Bay, its great. I'm moving to Vegas next year. That town NEEDS ME!

You know it. I found two at the Bellagio in April - the proceeds paid for about 1/2 of my trip, and having a fairly good memory for cards already dealt out of a 4-deck shoe paid for the rest :)

The Grand comps us free monthly rooms and meals, and they STILL make money on what little we gamble.

From Your Article at posting #5, Other witnesses are scheduled for Thursday, and court is adjourned on Fridays. Frey is expected back on the stand Monday.

Is there court today or not? I have read there will be no court today now this says there will be.
