I've heard enough to convict, and I haven't even heard it all. Strangers don't kidnap pregnant women, and dump their bodies into San Francisco Bay, where the suspect just happened to be fishing, in a boat that just happened to have cement mix in it...etc etc.....frye the a##hole [pun intended]

Well I tend to agree with you but you have to figure there's at least a couple more Justin Falconers on the jury who won't buy the circumstantial evidence. They're going to want more.

You're absolutely right. You have to show me another scenario with a REAL person. And you have to show me ANOTHER boat and a MOTIVE. I'm sure they had observers at the Bay after Scott IMMEDIATELY presented them with a dock receipt AND found out that he IMMEDIATELY washed his fishing clothes. So, what's missing from the picture? Scott's shoes?
