No, I mean, it appears that Lee Peterson was to be called by the PROSECUTION.
It may have to do with the fact that Scott called him from Berkeley on Dec. 24. And a few other little things.
But of course,the prosecution taking Lee Peterson on direct exam would be like pulling teeth. BUT OTOH, if there is some fact they can only establish through him, they can't depend on Geragos to call Lee just so they can have the privilege of cross-examining, rather than direct-examining, Lee.

That is some very weird and interesting stuff you've put together there, about the boat and "Greg Rogue". (Does that person even exist??) I want to think about that for a while, can't figure out which part was true and which part was Scott's b.s.
So if it wasn't the prosecution that provided these CD's and the info on them to the public defender's office, then where the heck did they get the CD's??? Maybe they are going to claim it was their own attorney "work product", in which case the prosecution can't get it. But... no way did they generate 6000 pages of work product in 2 weeks. So what the heck ARE these documents??
And if there's a confession somewhere in there, to whom was he confessing? If he was confessing to the public defender, no way can anyone use that against him.
The talking heads who pooh-pooh the tapes are as out of touch with reality as Scott was when he was in "Paris".
Those tapes, along with Amber's confirmation of them, were like the Atom Bomb dropped on the defense!
Aha, so we're back to the "bad, lying police" again!
