You know, the DA needs to close his summation with Scott saying to Amber: You've guessed all the answers to the questions, you know the answers..." then play the tape of Amber saying she thinks Scott planned it all, the only thing that went wrong was the press blowing it up so big.
Case closed. Hoisted by his own petard.

The man just does a total disconnect between events. He calls Amber and tells her he loved Laci?? BUT HE NEVER MENTIONS THE BABY, does he??
I read it and know that this would already be before the judge if true....Could it be that the DA has lost track of their own discs?(WILD speculation on my part)

Ha, the only way he mentions the baby is to insinuate that Conner isn't even his. Despite what defense lawyer talking heads say, I think these tapes were devastating to the defense. "He never confessed" "He maintains his innocence throughout the tapes". A confirmed liar says he's innocent...well, maybe he's telling the truth about that. Will anyone on that jury with even a shred of common sense think his denials mean anything?
Beth said she thought it was a tip on Amber...credibility problem that changed Geragos mind about his "short" cross exam.. Perhaps the judge also was trying to let Geragos have time to interview the tipper and judge credibility and usefulness to his cross. Court was dark today because of witness scheduling/availability.
Think it's more important than we think though and possibly just a time delay. Jurors forget so quickly.
Gregaros will always be trying for a mistrial though. Frankly, I really think that Gregaros is sorry he took the case.

I was watching Greta the other night when a supposed ex-boyfriend of Amber was on.
Greta asked him if Amber was looking for a book or movie deal. He said I'm sure she is-she can't work or anything.
A few minutes later, Ron Frey called in and called the guy a liar, and sort of threatened to sue him.Said he will protect Amber and Gloria Allred from attacks.

I love that...also they should play a video of the vigil with a voice over of Scott talking on the phone with Amber about partying in Paris and tripping over cobblestones in Brussels.
It's about who notified police first about Amber's tie to Scott..CTV..Amber won't talk to defense and defense can't get police to interview. Distaso objected and judge said find the policeman and let defense interview to find truth or I'll let him ask the question.
They are suggesting Geragos should ask all the lies the police told to Amber to implicate Scott and turn her against him (on CTV).
I hope he wasn't trying to pay her off... UGGGH...
