August 19, 2004 -- REDWOOD CITY, Calif. Laci Peterson's furious mother called her son-in-law a "f---ing liar" and begged him to tell her where he ditched the body, it was revealed yesterday as Scott Peterson's murder trial screeched to a halt due to a mysterious "potential development Sharon Rocha became convinced of Peterson's guilt in January 2003, not long after his affair with Amber Frey became public.

Well, they may be given a lot of air time, but, in the peterson case, I believe it was easy for people to become somewhat emotionally involved, given that she was this supposedly very happy, young, expectant mother with, in every picture I've seen, the happiest smile; so looking forward to her life going forward with Conner and Scott. You look at these pics and think.....how could someone destroy this person? Especially if the husband is suspected, you want to follow it because you want justice done for her. I follow it because it makes me feel that in some small way it shows Laci the world cares even if her murderer didn't. Call it weird if you want, that's the way it is for me.
What about this..
Dec 8th - Checks tides, winds, info about SF Bay on PC.
Dec 9th - Buys boat and sees Amber in Fresno.
Dec 14th- Goes Sailing in SF Bay with Greg Rogue & the guys (as per Amber tape/Jan 7th 4:13Pm) Snott says: "nobody had a good time cause Snott was so upset about lying about having been married>" Quoted by Amber on tape. Snott responds: "YEP"
Amber ref-Dec.9th quotes Snott in person telling her: "Oh, I don't even know why.. I should just sell my boat."
THIS HE TELLS HER ON DEC.9 BEFORE HE HAD A BOAT TO SELL. He saw Amber that day. When did he buy the boat? Could it have been after his visit with Amber, because probably Amber didn't see him towing a boat behind his truck. If is was after his Amber visit then he was talking about selling a boat that he did not yet own. At the same time, he was telling her he would be without his wife before he was.
About the sailing trip that next weekend (Sat.Dec14th). I don't think there was one. I think he took out his boat to the Bay to check out the currents and tides. I wonder if the police questioned this Greg Rogue?
His state of mind on that 'sailing trip'- "Nobody had a good time because Snott was so upset about lying about having been married". This was a Snott confession of sorts. Sicko was SO UPSET that he got caught lying about his wife that he just had to put his plan into action he had to test how his boat could handle tides and currents in the Bay.
Lisa Bloom this morning on TRIAL HEAT, was saying she thinks there was a confession on those CD's with the 6,000 documents. Apparently, the Modesto Bee has an article on it today. In it, it reports that the DEFENDERS OFFICE got the call about the CD's with potential evidence. I haven't had time to look it up yet.
Garagos had all these tapes for months What are the odds that ON THE DAY of the conclusion of Amber's testimony, that new evidence would show up ? I am still uncertain by what was reported, if it was the Defense that brought this up, or if word got to the Judge about evidence. Anyone hear about this ??
"About that same time, a prosecution representative phoned the Stanislaus County public defender's office to ask if the office had two compact discs containing 6,000 pages of documents in the case, a source there said. Two other sources confirmed that the inquiry was made.
The public defender's office represented Peterson for less than two weeks shortly after he was arrested in April 2003, before Los Angeles attorney Mark Geragos took the case.
Prosecutors never provided any material on compact discs to the public defender's office, two sources said.
"Lets not forget MG in deep do do now because I understand Dr Henry Lee has refused to testify.."
Wow, I hadn't heard that. I always had the impression that Dr Lee suspected SP from his analysis of the suspected crime scene (the home).
So, was this information the prosecution was supposed to give to the p.d.'s office? Or did the prosecution think the p.d. had information that should have been given to the prosecution?? The writing in this article is a little vague.
"Prosecutors never provided any material on compact discs to the public defender's office, two sources said."
It says in the article that the public defenders office represented Peterson, before Garagos came on board. Then, it says that 2 sources confirmed this.
What my question at this point is,..Is this something that can cause a MIS TRIAL because the state withheld evidence ?? I am confused. (duh)
I think Scott mentioned something about taking a boat ride and Amber said:"NO WAY!"...;)
Scott is never going to plead guilty..He is a psychopathic narcissist and believes he can manipulate lie, con his way out of this..I'll bet Scott thinks he should testify..which Geragos will not let happen if he can stop it!..Scott wants to project a confident, innocent, wonderful image. He believes in fantasy!
I know the judge has handed over two compact discs to the defense concerning the dog Trimble..
>>Lisa Bloom this morning on TRIAL HEAT, was saying she thinks there was a confession on those CD's with the 6,000 documents<<
Hubby has had control of TV all morning.
CONFESSION!!???
A REAL ONE??
Someone fill me in please--going goofy out here.......
Who's the dog Trimble?
I've only heard of Mackenzie...I feel like I haven't been paying attention, but I have..All sorts of new stuff I've never heard.
Someone needs to catch me up to date, between Trimble and the confession stuff I'm lost.
I have nothin about a confession..just the implication of one when he says you know the answers..you have firgured out the answers..or similar dialog.

There were no more details than that, sissy. That is all she said, and didn't elaborate on it. She was talking with James of course.
p.s. Ask for a portable t.v. for Christmas ! LOL (I even have one in one of the bathrooms ! ) sick eh?
I always found it interesting that Scott straightened a rug with his shoe which was scrunched a bit. Why did it bother him? or was it one of the shoes that he was wearing that bothered him? and he needed to look at it.
Also, Laci had a habit of opening the blinds in the morning...everyday. They were never opened that day.

This is exactly what I think about SP. I think he may insist upon testifying, because he thinks he can charm the jury. OTOH, I heard he lost his arrogant smirk and swagger as the tapes wore on. But I don't see him EVER admitting he did it....ala Jeffrey MacDonald.
I think this is one of the many puzzles that makes up the case. I open our blinds every morning -- I can't imagine keeping them closed. Yet my husband does't seem to notice, doesn't bother opening them.
