So, the bikini-clad women's beach volleyball players are upset about the fact there are are bikini-clad cheerleaders, or about the fact that the bikini-clad cheerleaders are straight?. ......and that most of the males in the audience are there to see them instead.

I'm a girl and I watched it to see what the controversy was about. The girls are dancing during the breaks. They aren't out there when the volleyball players are out there so I don't understand what the problem is.

"It is disrespectful to have *other* girls in bikinis dancing."So, she's ticked that there are dancing girls in bikinis distracting the crowd from volleyball playing girls in bikinis.

OK, OK, my mistake!

I read the rest of the thread and I decided that my observations probably aren't conducive to the flow of conversation. Have fun, guys. :-)

It's just amazing how this, er, controversy featuring one group of scantily clad girls against another group of scantily clad girls just dropped into NBC's lap, er, so to speak. I mean, imagine the odds!

I'd say they're creating a "stir" in other places, as well.
