August 17, 2004 -- REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — Stunning new phone tapes from Scott Peterson's slay trial yesterday depicted his miffed mistress demanding to know if he slept with wife Laci the night before she vanished — and Peterson insisting he told Laci about their affair after their first date.

That's right. The gene pool. His father left a pregnant wife and 2 or 3 kids to get a divorce and marry the already pregnant Jackie, who was pregnant with this POS Scott!! Jackie H. had already given TWO illigitmate children up for adoption. I guess Scott learned that babies are disposable from her. And the rest he learned from his father. What a wonderful group that is!!
ALERT!! Feiger coming up on Abrams. I guess Feiger, and John Kelly were just awesome on Nancy's show tonight. They BOTH said that Peterson WILL be convicted. If you have access to your TV turn on MSNBC and watch Abrams. I don't know who Abrams will have as the opposite but Feiger will stand up to anybody.

Hey Hey, Geragos MIGHT want to canel those extra tickets he was planning for his family to watch him cross examine Amber. The Judge just RULED AGAINST HIM. He CANNOT use any of Amber's PAST relationships NOR her current relationship in his questioning. I think I'll just swing from the chandelier for a bit!! ROFL!!

when was this recorded? This was certainly after LE gave them pictures of him and Amber. But when?

Well, as to after Dec. 30, you can bet the police thought of it, b/c that's how they think.
The below snippet from an article may very well show why he was off in another world. Of course I have no idea what time on Jan 5th he made the trip to the bay, but I have an idea it was very early. And also I don't know what time you saw him at the Red Lion Arthalion but I will guess this is the reason he was off in another world.
I notice also on 2 of the below dates he didn't place a call to Amber. That would be on 1/5 and 1/9. He did call her on 1/6. One of the days he was visiting the bay. That is the day he confesses to Amber. "The girl I am married to..Her name is Laci." Then the next time he calls Amber is on 1/8 in between visits to the bay and that is when he said to Amber; "I love Laci. I loved Laci, no question."

From ArticleModesto Police Detective Al Brocchini, the lead investigator in the disappearance of Laci Peterson, said surveillance teams tailed Peterson to the San Francisco Bay January 5, 6 and 9.
On each occasion, Peterson parked at the Berkeley Marina and "stared into the bay" for a few minutes before driving away, the detective told Superior Court Judge Al Girolami.
Peterson never took his own SUV on the trips and on two occasions rented vehicles immediately before setting out for the hour and a half-long drive, the detective testified. He also said that, when Peterson discovered police were following him as he returned from the Bay January 6, he began "driving erratically" in an effort to lose them.

That second thing you said--I believe that's what he will concentrate on. He will make Amber out to be a victim and robot of the EEEVIL BROCCHINI, instead of a victim of sicko Scott Peterson, which is what she really was.
And as for Amber's past relationships, it appears certain that the prosecution has sought to exclude them with its 402 points. Allred was on TV earlier today and as good as confirmed that they were demanding that her previous relationships be excluded, due to lack of relevance.
Which is sort of what I used to try to tell some earlier posters around here, when they'd go all ga-ga about "Amber and Josh and Michelle" and how "Amber went down to the hospital and viewed their baby". I tried to say that that stuff is too far afield of the subject matter of this trial. But they wouldn't listen.
We'll see if, regardless of the judge's ruling, Geragos manages to slip something in. He will not surprise the jury with the "revelation" that Amber dated this Josh guy while Josh's wife Michelle was pregnant--b/c Amber has already told the jury about it in the tapes. Furthermore, she said in her conversations with Scott that Josh and Michelle had gotten married at a drive-thru wedding chapel in Vegas, and she implied that it was a spur-of-the-moment wedding. According to the Amber-Scott phone tape, Josh told Amber about 2 months after the wedding (when his wife was 2 months pregnant) that he wanted to be with Amber and that he was through with Michelle. Wow, sounds like Josh and Michelle were really on firm footing in their marriage until this "homewrecker" entered their poor little lives.
I think if Amber had heeded his invitation to meet with her alone, he'd have told her what he really did.
However, it seems there was no safe way to engineer that. He might have killed Amber!

well, every juror has a mind, and presumes upon guilt or innocence. Also, those who are wise, know, when a gut feeling of flight or frieght situations, and those who act on it, survive. Those who don't, are victims. All depends on those jurors to this crime/criminal trial. Thanks those for your input. It was a good read! ;o)

Thank goodness the judge made the right ruling. And I believe it IS the correct ruling, besides also being a real boon to those of us who want to see this dangerous man put away. And he IS a dangerous man.
Imagine: Geragos surely considered he might win the motion and get to mention Amber's other relationships, and trash them? And he wanted his DAUGHTER and 11-YEAR-OLD SON to be in the courtroom to hear THAT sort of talk??????????
Well, how VERY, VERY interesting, juz. All of a sudden, faced with Sharon's anger, the wimp is whimpering about "our child". When he NEVER once claimed the baby while talking to Amber.
