I'm sure that Geragos is trying his "hardest" to be allowed to use the old smear tactics. I would just Love to hear her put him in his place and embarass him. He's such a verbose, abusive, venomous, puffed up clown. I hope the Judge severley limits the "areas" that Gergasbag can go in to. I know full well, that he's gonna come out of the box screaming and attempting to scare Amber. I also hope the Jury hates him for it. Juries usually dislike seeing a witness, especially a vulnerable witness, battered and badgered!! I wonder what kind of Power Point demo he's planning to use. Surely he isn't attempting to say that Amber was able to haul a dead pregnant woman around, attach weights to her and then throw her in the San Fran Bay?!!
Two areas for the power point...Scott's numerous and repeated denials of anything to do with the disappearance(He is so truthful, we all believe him..Right!)

CTV Jerk lawyer wants Geragos to put Amber on trial for dating married men..or at least imply she isn't credible because of "she's been down this road before"..Anyone who listened to the tapes will not be impressed with that attack.
Oh I just got it Meg. Geragos wants to put the Police on trial some more. Truth is tho, the cops were NOT with Amber when she had these calls. The reason I know, remember when the record of calls came out. Everytime Amber would get off the phone with Scott, she would immediately phone Detective Beuhler, her handler. So they were hardly standing beside her with a list of questions. No, I think Amber was great and she did it on her own brains. I thought she was very very good. When she latched onto a point, she wouldn't drop it. But then, Peterson would NEVER give a straight answer to anything either. He just kept repeating that stupid phrase, "you'll understand when you have all the facts", you just don't know all the facts", blah, blah, BARF!! The question is: WHY couldn't he, if he was now coming clean as he said, answer a question with a straight answer? Because he was still lying, weaving and dodging and manipulating. All the while hanging on to Amber. It makes you wonder WHY he would continue to call her just to get grilled. And sure enough it was her that finally said that they should not talk anymore to each other.
I agree Meg. May God give Amber wisdom and strength. You know to me, she comes across as very believable and credible. I have even heard several talking heads state that including, Catherine Crier, Nancy Grace and Dan Abrams and Jeff Feiger.

The Federal law on interception of telecommunications, which is the same as most states', is that an individual may tape a telephone conversation to which that individual is a party without informing the other party to the convesation. Third parties, however, must get court orders to intercept others' conversations.
Some states, like Wisconsin, go beyond Federal law and require direct permission from the party being taped, even if the taping is by the other party to the conversation.
However, in all cases I know of, it's a whole new ball game if the taping is done by or with the cooperation of a law enforcement agency pursuant to a court order. Then there's no need at all for any kind of consent by any of the parties to the conversation that's being taped.
Catherine Crier just read a phone call from Sharon to Scott accusing him and just wanting to know where her daughter is ..He gives the same calm denials..She curses and calls him a liar..Tells him to let her have her daughter to bury..he can flee if he will just tell her the place where he put her..
John Burris says that tape could be played if he is convicted and he will surely get the death penalty for inflicting so much pain..It was powerful..and it hurt to listen to just Crier reading it.

Oh God I wish I was at home. Also Jackie, I just read that on Jan 3rd, Peterson finally answered Amber on what his New Years resolution was going to be: "To deal with all things irritable immediately, and not put things off"!! After that statement, the Police put Amber and her daughter in protective custody.!!

Brad..the one in charge of the search center is telling about Scott..his coming in early,leaving.coming back to eat dinner around 7pm with his father and watching sports.(What a guy)Brad was with Scott when he lied to his family about affair.Rumors started about affair when search started in LA.
Beth says cross supposed to take half a day..Mickey Sherman says Geragos has tickets for his family to attend so look for Perry Mason moments.
I believe it would be more prejudicial than probative?
