I'm sure that Geragos is trying his "hardest" to be allowed to use the old smear tactics. I would just Love to hear her put him in his place and embarass him. He's such a verbose, abusive, venomous, puffed up clown. I hope the Judge severley limits the "areas" that Gergasbag can go in to. I know full well, that he's gonna come out of the box screaming and attempting to scare Amber. I also hope the Jury hates him for it. Juries usually dislike seeing a witness, especially a vulnerable witness, battered and badgered!! I wonder what kind of Power Point demo he's planning to use. Surely he isn't attempting to say that Amber was able to haul a dead pregnant woman around, attach weights to her and then throw her in the San Fran Bay?!!

CTV Jerk lawyer wants Geragos to put Amber on trial for dating married men..or at least imply she isn't credible because of "she's been down this road before"..Anyone who listened to the tapes will not be impressed with that attack.
