Okay; I can hardly resist this one, so here's my "worst date" tale.
Quite a few years ago I met this guy. We talked on the phone several times and he asked me "out". Well, it wasn't really out. He showed up at my door with his 3 small children and his mother in tow. At least he brought his own beer. All of them proceeded to make themselves quite at home. We decided to take a walk to the park which was just a couple of blocks away. We talked while the kids were playing. all the time I felt like mom was sizing me up. Afterwards, we went back to my house where the kids promptly raided the refrigerator and made a mess of the house.
Later, when mom and the kids were on their way to the car, he grabs me and gives me this "very" passionate kiss. Then he leaves.
He calls me the next day to tell me that he doesn't have a lot of time to fool around with romance with 3 little kids to raise. He goes on to say that their mom was permanently out of the picure, so that wouldn't be a problem. The kids needed a mom and he needed a wife. He then assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed with his "assets" and performance, and he needed an answer pretty quickly.
Well, needless to say, that was a little TOO quickly for my taste, although I have to admit that I found him rather charming in a strange sort of way, and he was an attractive guy. And the kids were adorable. Given a few months, who knows.
All that said, I'm not sure it qualifies as the "worst" date, but certainly the most unusual.
You had a bad date?
Well, you're right about one thing.....wolfie never had a 'worst date'.
But St.Louie sure has. LOL
I'll be back with my tale of woe a little later. : )
LOL! Can't wait to hear. I'm sure it will be good!
Thank you for bringing me this pretty new 'present'! You must not be too upset to get all the blame. :)
Very unusual!
BUSTED!
Yes. : ( Have you? : )
Morning, (((((((Pipster))))))
Thank you, Cute Pip!
They werent none of them too memorable.
Hi Sweets! Good to see you!
I agree with you,Billie, about Louie being very good lookeing and dashing and I know he's single, but he's too young for me :o(
but I like his style anyway! :o)
C'mon, Pip, cute as you are there had to be 'dates'. : )
They werent none of them too memorable.
Tell us the 'least' memorable one. : )
....although I have to admit that I found him rather charming in a strange sort of way, and he was an attractive guy. And the kids were adorable. Given a few months, who knows.
LOL!
I'll try to dredge it up and tell you about it.
But one of the most charming things about our goodlooking and dashing Louie is that, to him, he's not too 'young' for ANY of us!
Phooey! Louie loves older women. Older women are charming and beautiful.
Well, ok, Louie loves ALL women. LOL
I'll be back a little later.
LOL I'll have to answer this after I get home from work!
I had gone on a few dates with this guy in college. Valentine's Day came around and he asked me out to dinner. I was really excited and got all dressed up anticipating a romantic meal. He showed up at my dorm and immediately asked if I would mind if a 'few' of his friends came along. It ended up being me, his sister and 4 of his buddies. We had no reservations on Valentine's Day, so we walked around the city trying to find a restaurant without a 4 hour wait. We ended up at some Chinese dive. He didn't even sit by me at the table. And worst of all, when the bill came for the seven of us, he announced that his date (me) would pay and slid it across the table to me! Needless to say, I flung it back in his face and after one of his friends took me back to my dorm, that was the last I ever saw of him. Even after all that, he had the nerve to call for another date! I just laughed and hung up.
Great! Getting some really wierd stories so far! :)
