There are rocks in my yard smarter than Juan Williams
Fox News Discussion Panel

Posted on 08/16/2004 3:52:51 PM PDT by Pukin Dog

I just needed to say that. That dude is seriously impaired. We need to take up a collection and pay his fair on the little yellow bus.

He thinks Allawi can trust John Kerry to defend Iraq. I need a nap.

The sad thing about Juan is that he seems like a nice man, but he is absolutely deluded when it comes to the Rat talking points. Maybe intervention is required.

Don't pity those who would encroach on your freedoms. They are dangerous. As for intervention, hat's off to Brit for intervening on a regular basis!

What did Mort have to say about the Swifties' book?

I heard Steve Garvey on Glen Beck today, (thankfully he is on vacation and has a fill in). He had a pretty lengthy interview and Kerry had a lapdog/lawyer/swiftvet on to counter him, the lefty got POed and hung up the phone. By the end of the segment Steve was still wanting to make more points and elaborate. These guys want their story out bad.

Maybe Brit will have O'Neil on his show now.

Mort said the claims should be investigated.

He seemed to be all for the Swiftees.

That was one angry little group with Brit Hume. Poor Juan, he was pretty much all alone.

Fox hired him to be a weak, imbecilic defender of the left-wing establishment. Oh and he fills the black quota too. Same kind of thing applies to that Susan Lack-of-estrogen or whatever her name is. She's fills the feminist quota as another rat shill they trot out every so often. They have Bill O'Reilly playing the RINO role. And finally there's Sean "No Depth" Hannity as their Limbaugh clone.

If you had watched tonight, you would have been very happy with "Special Report". Mort, Brit, and Fred all talked about major lies, and distortions put out by kerry, and the outrageous things he says... as in, "I will bring home half our troops from Iraq in my first 6 months in office, and bring them HOME, WHERE THEY BELONG"! Mort and Fred said, "Even though kerry said he can get NATO troops into Iraq to replace ours, he does not believe it". Mort expounded that it was incredible that he would make a statement like that, knowing that it was NOT true!

EVERYONE took their turn b!tch slapping Juan. It was a wonderful thing to see.

Yes, it was a good day on Fox.

These guys want their story out bad.

This "story" needs to come out, on more than one level. The simple level is to defeat the candidate, Kerry. But on another level, Kerry's lies that Vietnam veterans were baby-killers, etc. caused a DEEP wound, whereby a country spit on its own honorable soldiers. This is a serious matter of human honor and dignity. It needs to be aired out, as often as necessary to correct a wrong-headed public.

Juan takes Kerry's brilliance for granite.

Naw, Juan is betting the lives of others on it.

But did y'all notice that Mort was as scathing about Kerry's *plan* as Brit and Fred? At one point, Mort said that George Bush was doing what it takes. (paraphrase, as I didn't catch all of it)

It was 3 against one tonight and that made me happier.

Juan always looks so depressed when everyone disagrees w/him.
Poooooooooooooooooor baby.

Fred Barnes is a faithful soldier for truth.

He said that the media's failure to cover this is the worst dereliction on the part of the media he's ever seen.

Fred is OK, but I love it when Charles Krauthammer is on the panel...nobody ever dares counter him. It is like he makes a statement and it is fact. LOL!! Whoever the Dems are on the panel, they never, ever counter him directly. You get the impression that they all know he could rip them a new one if they ever dared try.

After Sunday's show, Juan was observed here to be Brit's "useful idiot". I think now, this is becoming obvious.

Juan is the pitcher at batting practice. He's always pitching the DNC talking points and the others whack it out of the park. He doesn't shout back or go into a tizzy... he just does his job. He doesn't get personal.

For me it's the most legitmate debate of the issues on television.

Don't hold back. Tell us what you really think.

I bet you like Cece Conelly, though. They only show her in close-up so you can't see Terry Mcauliff sticking his hand in her back to make her lips move.

This needs to be said over and over again about NATO.

I am beginning to really believe that Kerry has no relationship whatsoever with the TRUTH.

Many years ago, he was "sort of accused" of sexual harrassment at the Washington Post where he work (s or ed) That went away like a cool breeze in August. He will make ANY excuse for a evil dum. I think he actually knows what he is saying is stupid and ignorant. He just doesn't care. Why Fox has him and that CeCe person on is beyond me.

I've not read the other posts, but is it possible, given that Mr. Williams *knows* the POV of network, the others on the panel and the audience of Fox, that he's simply fulfilling his role? Of course the things he says make him sound like he couldn't win a battle of wits with a tree stump, but perhaps he's willing to do that to have a nice job and paycheck.

That the points Mr. Williams spouts are party-line DNC, *does* make me wonder whether a large percentage of the American populace, though, could win a battle of wits with said tree stump.

He has been repeating that. Tonight was not the first time he said it.

This story has loooooong legs.
