I am a swing voter, neither Republican nor Democrat. I supported President Bush in his response to September 11 and I supported the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. But I like John Kerry's message about the need to do something about the people in this country who have no health insurance. It's a hard choice.
That's what I'm afraid of. Temperamental little devils, they are. I wish they bloomed for more than five minutes, I might let them live.
The only thing I've found worse in temerament than Rhodies: Ficus.
Ficus are the most annoying plant I've run across.
It's response to every stimulus is to drop leaves and turn yellow.
So you have nO clue if it's getting too much water, not enough water, too much sun, not enough sun, too little plant food, too much plant food etc etc etc..
Makes me weep when I get told I have to tend the darn thing.
Anyone who is thinking about socialized medicine doesn't have to go as far as Canada, we have socialized medicine right here in the states, in Vermont, thanks to John Dean. As far as I can see, it's a disaster, if you need any serious medical care.
