See post #54 for an example of Tennessee's illegal alien driver's license. That's the closest that I've seen to a California prototype. I'd hate to think that your version would be less obvious than their version. Surely Californians are at least as competent as Tennesseans.

Thanks. I thought that maybe California DMV officials had released some "concept" designs as to what their "Illegal Alien driver's license" might look like should a law be passed allowing illegal aliens to acquire one. I agree that whatever it ends up looking like, that it should stand out from a regular driver's license in a very conspicuous way.
