Except for one thing--due process.
He was never charged, tried, nor convicted.
End of story.
bump!
Or against those who will oppose President Hillary's.
The timing of this discovery is questionable at best. /sarcasm
I have a question too. If the Swift Boat Vets keep getting told they can not "testify" about Kerry because they were not on the same boat, then how can Kerry testify about others supposed war crimes if they were not on his boat? If they were on his boat and committed war crimes then he was their commanding officer and he should be held accountable. They can't have it both ways!
If you are going about town and you see people in red DNC t-shirts who are registering voters and telling people "do you want to help throw out Bush?", engage them in conversation and show them your article. Ask them how electing a man who lied to Congress, or committed war crimes, and who by virtue of the Constitution has no right to hold the office of the presidency, is good for America?
I talked to 3 yesterday. All 3 claimed to be political science majors, but none knew ours was a Constitutional Republic and not a democracy. At least one was a communist who admitted joining the Democratic party to "change the face of it".
Like I do other excellent articles on this website, I just copied and e-mailed this to a lot of people in my e-mail address book.
It's a shame Rush or Hannity couldn't get hold of this.
Thanks for posting Constitutional questions on the forum. Its high tiime people start thinking about how the Constitution is supposed to work, and then defend it. If we don't we are goners as a nation for sure.
dont forget to add this...

that's right - and that's why everyone should sign the petition for recall on www.kerry-04.com
The fourteenth has a fascinating history. It's not entirely constitutional itself, to put it mildly. When I think of all the jurisprudence that is built on this foundation of sand, I get nauseous.

The 14th's Section 5, at least, should be repealed.
Be careful what you wish for. Without Kerry, the dems might put up an electable candidate.
When did Kerry admit this? Are you thinking of Bob Kerrey?
According to http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/data/constitution/amendment14/37.html#t73
The disabilities imposed by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment were largely removed, with some narrow exceptions, by 1872 and completely removed by 1898. In other words, section 3 of amendment 14 is no longer the law. This is a non-issue.
