Kerry's campaingn represented by a Jeh Johnson just said Kerry misspoke about the date he was in Cambodia. He was there at one point but now he is not sure of the date. So he didn't lie - he just misspoke.

I just saw a man from the Kerry campaign - J Johnson - state on Fox and Friends that Kerry has "corrected" his mistake and says he wasn't in Cambodia that Christmas after all.
Wonderland indeed.

So if I understand this correctly.
Kerry wasn't in Cambodia before he was in Cambodia.
Well it makes perfect sense to me, I think?

So he didn't lie - he just misspoke. I'm waiting for John Edwards to say he was "channeling" the experiences of another Viet Nam veteran.

Kerry is Fibbing Again!!! Carl Levin appeared on CNN with Bill Hemmer this morning and
flatly denied he has been in negotiations or consultations, and said he had no authority to do so. If transcript available, will find and post. Hemmer's mouth fell open and asked him a second time.
Kerry Says His Vote on Iraq Would Be the Same Today
New York Times ^ | August 10, 2004 | JODI WILGOREN
His senior foreign policy adviser, James P. Rubin, told reporters, "Senator Kerry made very clear he was talking about goals," pointing out that Tommy Franks, the recently retired general who led the Iraq invasion, said Sunday that troop reduction might soon be possible.
To back up his contention that he could reduce the number of American troops by persuading other countries to deploy forces to Iraq, Mr. Kerry suggested that two of his Democratic Senate colleagues, Joseph R. Biden Jr. of Delaware and Carl Levin of Michigan, had received assurances while traveling abroad that a change in administration would change allies' attitudes.

It would be nice if this Cambodia issue was the only thing that Kerry lied about! It seems to me that he is a pathological liar? It would be good for a daring psychologist to analyze Kerry's statements that are obviously in opposition to one another. (I was in Cambodia, I wasn't in Cambodia; I threw my medals away, I didn't throw my medals away; I voted for the 87bil before I voted against it; I hunted deer by crawling on my belly, I didn't......; I am for the Iraq war, I am opposed to the Iraq war).... Too many others to list here.

So he didn't lie - he just misspoke. Kerry is so transparent that his staffers must find him in a room with cans of spray paint.
*pfffft!* *pfffft!* *pfffft!* "Oh, there you are, Senator."

lol...good one...Kerry is going to rue the day he ever mentioned Vietnam...but then, what other kind of record did he have? Too bad, Kerry, the American public learned their lessons with the Clintons!

The absurdity of almost being killed by our own allies in a country in which
President Nixon [sic] claimed there were no American troops was very real
Nixon was not inaugurated yet. Loves to lie but has a poor memory.

OBTW also mentioned last night was that Kerry during his
"2 tours of Vietnam" was in training for 1 month which would give him a total of 3 months served.
