This guy is dangerous because he has demonstrated that he will contort the truth to meet the moment.

So I guess that the "good luck hat" which Kerry carries and which he says was given to him by a CIA operative (when he taxied him into Cambodia) is really no more than a security blanket a la Linus.

I am sure that when John Kerry was dropping acid in Viet Nam, he was in Cambodia, and it was Christmas, and he and the wall were one, and there was the sound of one hand clapping......

*smack*

(That was the sound of my one hand slapping him upside his face.)

I guess the thing that just boggles my mind, is that if he just went to Viet Nam and did his job. If he just said, "yeah, I went. I wasnt a hero. I just did my job." He would be so much more credible.

What is it with these guys who have to make more out of something than there really was?

Especially, when going and doing your duty is pretty much all any of us want to hear. I dont need a hero.

"Does it make us feel truly good to be vicious and ugly while being grossly uninformed?"

Obviously some pathetic Kerrry operative.

Actually, Christmas now is celebrated everywhere. I was in Taiwan and they were celebrating it. I think the US culture has permeated the whole world. Back then???
I wouldn't doubt that they picked up the celebration from US soldiers.

But then again, I could be talking crap!

Mr. Rassmann, a retired lieutenant with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, served with the U.S. Army 5th Special Forces Group in Vietnam 1968-69.

This guy has been on the Kerry payroll since January. What do you expect him to say???

Most of those out there lying for Kerry are setting themselves up for political appointments.
