The Orlando man accused of injecting his male sex partners with tainted blood has reached a plea agreement with federal attorneys that clears him of any charges connected to sexual crimes, according to Local 6 News.
In February, agents raided a garage in Orlando and confiscated videotapes and bloody syringes that they believed were evidence of sex crimes committed by Mark Randall.
An investigation had determined that Randall was reportedly having sex parties in the garage of his home at 211 E. Kaley St. and possibly injecting the men with blood.
According to earlier court records, four witnesses said "Randall lured subjects to his residence via the Internet for the purpose of sex, and once they were at his residence, he would get them high" with drugs.
The report also said Randall had a sex harness in the garage and "once the subjects were in the harness, Randall and other participants would have sex with them and videotape them."
Then, "Randall would inject the subjects with the syringes of tainted blood."
A judge ordered Randall, 45, to give the samples of his blood and DNA in connection with the case. However, the results were never released, Local 6 News reported.
A plea agreement obtained Tuesday by Local 6 News makes no mention of the sex parties or even the tainted syringes.
Randall pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
He will be sentenced on Oct. 20.
It's getting so just reading the news requires a nausea bucket.
If you let some sicko like that lure you to his garage, you deserve whatever you get.
Yeah...sometimes I think I should boil the newspaper before I read it!
I wish we could inject some testosterone into the DAs that let creeps like this plead out to just a small fraction of their monstrousness.
These are the kind of morons who want to marry other men and then adopt children.
