The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

On cnn, the anchor says plane has been missing 3-1/2 hours.

So what is it, 1 hour, or much more?

This type plane has a range of 2100 to 2400 miles, and the plane went missing about 140 km from Rostov where it was to land.

It's 1031 statute miles from Rostov to Athens.

The post is a reiteration of the "Cave of Darkness" threat from the Abu Hafs al-Masri Brigades (I think)at the beginning of the year, but with some additional extreme language. Instead of "the fuse is lit" it says "the wick has burned".

Cannot tell from the machine translation but it looks like the same eight demands they issued back in December/January.

They are using the same language UBL used in the November 2001 tape where he boasts of having calculated the casualties beforehand in calibrating the attack.

Also very troubling... I have a bad feeling about the next few weeks. This little plane 'incident' is only a reminder of things... Do you happen to have a link to the full post? I would be interested in seeing the whole thing.

Interesting your finding specific states in the bottom part of the drawing. Initially, I was thinking more along the lines of it depicting the triggering of an underwater fault line. They did say they want to "shock the scientists."

However, (admittedly getting creative here) when you combine your idea of the states with mine of the fault line some interesting potential targets come up. Milltown Dam in Montana sits at an intersection of two earthquake faults & it is not even structurally sound. Apparently the dam has many problems like a weakened base, cracks, fissures, etc., and it's chock full of toxic sediments.

The dam is located at the junction of two rivers near Missoula.

missing. Putin has ordered an investigation.
