Woman-friendly gun ranges in Houston TX? (vanity)

I am looking for a gun range in Houston (preferably one that is within walking distance of the University of Houston, or that is reachable from there via some sort of public transportation) that is "woman-friendly" and that would offer rentals.

They is us, and yes. You would get to shoot a bunch of weapons. The problem ranges have with the .50BMG is the ranges are not large enough to withstand a 45 degree up bubble vertical mistake. To shoot, yes, we could arrange damn near anything that you have heard of.

We would be honored by your presence and I have pinged my wife, TheMom, so that you know that I am not hitting on you. (I would keep an eye on TC though!!!)

You come to Houston and we will fix you up with everything short of a LAW (which can be arranged with some notice). ;-)

Most big ranges will let you rent a gun, or use one if you buy the ammo there and they're in a good mood.

If you're over by my part of the US, I know a good pistol range that rents firearms and is very safe(I'm a hardliner on that).

You might even get a good story out of it. "I've been to the heart of America's infamous gun culture and lived to write about it." :)

I was in Texas 15 years ago. Houston Area and Galveston Island. I went on a deep sea fishing trip as well. I loved it...even if I almost stepped on a jellyfish.

No TC, we have just planned to make it a two day trip. We love the range and I will contact our "full auto friend" as he gave me crap for not contacting him last time.
