We had a chance, a brief chance, post-9/11. But we utterly failed to protect our boundaries.

I agree Montag. And we failed miserably.

I thought that I heard today that ours will be housed on a cruise ship. Is this correct?

"Path to Paradise" (R-rated for language only) is still available on eBay or I imagine at your local video store for rental ... watch it and then watch "Terrorists Among Us - The Jihad in America" in that order ... good info

Why does China get that their border must be protected, yet we don't? OTOH its doubtful that Mexico would be willing to do a joint anti-terror border exercise with us.

Chinese soldiers of the People's Liberation Army capture two supposed terrorists in a joint anti-terrorism military exercise named 'Friendship-2004' between China and Pakistan in Taxkorgan Tajik Autonomous County, northwest of China's Uygur Autonomous Region, bordering Tajikistan, Afghanistan (news - web sites) and Pakistan, Friday, Aug. 6, 2004. Over 200 officers and soldiers from China and Pakistan attended the first joint anti-terrorism exercise. (AP Photo/Xinhua, Wang Jinmin)

From everything I've seen, anyone who goes to the Olympics is insane. A Greenpeace boat could knock out the security in Athens.

LOL! I agree with you 100%, sad to say. Athens is not a place I'd want to be this month.

"Over there we are hanging tough. Here I worry."

I worry about over here too but if the network is broken down there, the cells here have no one to talk to except the liberal traitors. That's where our job comes in. Exposer is our best friend. Some of the information that is now being found in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan are exposing the mosque here. Now when these mosque are exposed, we have to send a strong message for all those "peace loving" Muslims, that take us for fools, that there are serious consequences for their beliefs in hurting us.
CNN may worship Al-Jazeera but I don't subscribe to that God.

Well, based on the past, we should be watching all the X rated bars for Islamists.
They were all into porn the last time, I think they won't change their spots.

" Chatter slowdown worries me more than anything else."

I don't get it. First we're told that lot's of chatter means that something is afoot. Next, we're told that very little chatter means something is afoot.

2 words. Militarized borders.
2 more words. Racial profiling.

Pakistan authorities arrested a key al Qaeda suspect, Muhammed Naeem Noor Khan, in mid-July. Officials said chatter continued after that arrest, but has fallen off in recent days. Khan's arrest was announced this week.
But counterterror experts don't know why suspected terrorists would be talking less.

Within the past few days a series of arrests in Britain and Pakistan produced thousands of leads, particularly intelligence related to two men allegedly involved in helping al Qaeda operatives communicate with each other: Khan and Esa al-Hindi.

Reportedly, and this is from mostly Greek newspapers...there are hints that Athens paid off $200 million to some AQ middle-men to ensure no trouble at the games. Greeks often use money to ensure things happen or don't happen. It wouldn't surprise.
