When GW was first notified, he was notified only that a plane had hit one of the towers. Nothing else was known at the time. In fact, it wasn't until the second plane hit that most people started to realize that something beyond accidental was going on. The aide to President Bush did not, as Kerry claims, whisper into GW's ear, "America is under attack."
Kerry cares nothing for facts. Like Clinton he'll spin any event to gain personal political power.
