President Bush went to the Dwight David Eisenhower Office Building this morning to sign HR4613, the Defense Appropriations Act, and then traveled to Columbus, Ohio to the Aladdin Shrine Center to speak to more than 2000 avid supporters in a town meeting, involving a lengthy policy statement and a question and answer period, and then headed to Saginaw, Michigan.

It was an interesting day for me. I took my 17 year old (almost 18) nephew out to my military base today and bought him a guide book for putting together his Army uniform. He will be leaving for Army boot camp in a little over 1 month. He has been calling me regularly ever since he signed on, with questions. I'm so proud of him, and yet scared. I know that it is so likely that once he's done with all his training, he may end up in harm's way.
That means John Kerry sat and did nothing for 40 minutes. Once again John Kerry shoots himself in the foot

I heard on H&C this evening that the Swifties adv would be playing in the battleground states of Ohio and Michigan, I forgot the other states Hannity mentioned.Does anybody know what other states it will be playing in? It was very moving! When I get my month dough next week,I'd like to send them a little something to continue their adv.

He asked the "cutest" question. What do I have to do to become a General! I told him he'd have to become an Officer first. After that, he'd have to work very hard and focus on his goal. Then I said, concentrate on getting through boot camp first.
