I bet a lot of these TV stations will decline to show the commercial because of the mere threat of litigation. And a lot of local stations will now show it on the local news for free!

I thought the ads were selected small market buys. This threat of a lawsuit almost assures national news coverage, which even is better than buying a national ad. :o)
