BERLIN--
Europe will have an Islamic majority by the end of this century based on current demographic and migration trends, a leading US Middle East specialist says.
"Europe will be part of the Arab west - the Maghreb," said Bernard Lewis, a Princeton University professor and author of numerous books on the Middle East, in an interview with the newspaper Die Welt.
In addition to immigration, Lewis said Europeans were marrying too late and having too few children whereas Muslims in Europe married early and had far larger numbers of children.
"Current trends show Europe will have a Moslem majority by the end of the 21st century at the latest," said Lewis as quoted by the paper.
Germany, the biggest European Union (EU) country, currently has over 3 million Muslims out of a total population of 82 million.
EU leaders will in December decide on whether to open membership talks with mainly Muslim Turkey which currently has a population of 70 million but is expected to outgrow Germany in coming decades.
Diversity shall be their strength.
It will be much earlier or it will never happen.
The fanatics will never wait that long. Islam will take Europe by force or be crushed in the process.
I wonder what percentage of the population has to become muslim before the next European war begins. It will be a tough choice for America (help or not).
May France be the first and may Islamic law be immediately imposed on ze country of "Wine, women, and song" although that song may soon be "Aaaahkah bahhh Allaaaah, Akabaaaah" I could just see Pepe Le Pew going out of his mind with all ze women covered in sheets, and ze alcohol forbidden and the socialism supporting all the Mosques.. Yep, and I also know that Eastern Europe has been where they have all been gathering in the hate they have for Communism and any other form of oppression.

Talking to Enrique, my neighbor from Peru, I can't tell what makes him most proud, the son on scholarship, the Leatherneck or the fact that after 16 years here he owns his own company and his own home ($650k with no mortgage). I do know that he is very proudly a naturalized Yank.

My wife knows a French woman who grew up in Paris. She says more and more of the French are moving out of Paris because it is becoming so ethnically Arab.

How could they regress so far in just a few decades?The center of fervent Christianity has moved from the United States to Asia over the past decade or so. I fully expect in my lifetime to see Christian missionaries from Korea and China prosleytizing the heathens here in the US.
Well, European christians eradicated the islamics back in 1099AD. The islamics haven't improved any since then, so the euroweenies just need to do it again.

Based on the temperature this morning and the temperature this afternoon I have identified a trend--the earth will reach 21,000o by the end of the year.

Interesting, I've long thought that the former soviet bloc countries were where Europe's balls were hiding (just spend a day roaming from East to West in Berlin and you'll feel the difference). I hadn't put two and two together yet vis a vis their resistance to a new form of institutional oppression. You've given me something to think about, thanks.
Ins't it amazing what people can do unencumbered by the assistance of 'advocacy groups'? That's the same story with my landscaper but you'll never hear about him on TV.
