I'm not in the mood for pancakes on Wednesday or any day at all because I'm sick of them. if you knew how many pancakes I make or see being made each and every day. seven out of every ten people order pancakes for breakfast and guess who has to make them or serve them or ring them up at the register. today alone I must have made 150 plates of pancakes. I eat eggs for breakfast. Why do you call the opening pancakes?
Thank you troops for all you do every day.
Have fun everyone.

"Why do you call the opening pancakes?"
It's a long time Canteen tradition on Wed.
Radix started it.
I can understand why you don't like pancakes.

HiJinx -
I am elated to hear that prayers were answered and that Piper's xrays came back clean!
Tell that gorgeous, sweet little girl not to scare your family or this Canteen like that anymore.

P.S. I promise not to give Mrs. HJ any ideas for the "honey-dew" list.

Catmobile: After a raccoon broke its back, this paraplegic kitty needed some way to get around in Ashland, Ore. So veterinarian Alice Davis fitted it with its own set of wheels.

Tradition I can understand and one thing I learned in the past five years is that most people like pancakes. even I used to like them with bananas before I got sick of them. I feel the same way about hamburgers and most people like those too. I haven't had a pancake or a hamburger in years.
