Credit: The Cabal The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger. "Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix." We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research. Let's say you're the President and you've been told there are 15 devices really to go off. One each day. Five have been found and neutralized, one is found and dumped at sea. Do you tell people about it the incident? Do you tell them that that there are 9 more devices out there and you're frantically looking for them? Talk about panic sex!
No, I didn't. I respect Judith. I know there was a controversy with her reporting last year I believe it was. But I always stop at a channel if she is on.
Have you all read this?

Southbank Office Tower Being Evacuated
POSTED: 12:17 pm EDT August 4, 2004
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Riverplace Tower at 1301 Riverplace Drive on the Southbank is being evacuated after police received a telephone threat.
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office spokesman Ken Jefferson said they are responding to unconfirmed information from a telephone call that that there may be "a device" on the 13th floor of the tower. He also told Channel 4 crews on scene that there was a report of a man with a gun holding a hostage.
None of this information is confirmed.
The SWAT team and bomb squad are arriving at the building now.
Several hundred, including children from a day-care center, have left the building 28-story building.
Nor am I. They seem to favor the crescent new moon for attacks.
I think the nuke threat is real. Too many of us have a sense of it. I know I came here back in October, I think, because of a dream about nukes out of the blue. We all know and feel there is something different. Sometimes though I feel like the dynamics change in our favor. Like now, it is there but not immenient. Its almost like I think we're going to prevent it. Of course that is today not tomorrow. Maybe it's just my wishful thinking. I would like to know what everyone else is feeling. It might help us gain more insight.
After reading your theory, I think I need a another cup of coffee.
where is the evidence that anyone is "frantically" looking for them?
It's not on public property. The sign(s) are part of a group of small business signs for a strip mall. Clearly, they aren't intended to solicit any business from a non-Arabic speaker. The Kearny Mesa area has lots of Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean merchants. They label in their native language AND English. There are parts of town with Spanish only signs, but that is somewhat expected with the large Mexican-American population.
Ver-r-r-r-ry interesting, freeperfromnj. The news media likes to harp on the actions of Ohio and MISO. I had totally forgotten about Indiana.
Those are tough questions to answer. Short answer is yes, and ask for the public's help. Call me crazy, but I beleive in Truth. Oh well. . .
Thanks for the eye opening news. Please keep us cube-dwellers informed. Thanks!
Stay safe down there!!
Radio report, sounds more & more like a Hostage situation.............
O.k. Then it is not as bad as I thought. We don't want English-speaking American folks doing business with them anyway. ;)
*shrug* I can go a few blocks and see signs in Vietnamese with no subtitles.
Withing a few miles, I can see monolingual signs in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Ethiopian, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, and a few I don't even recognize!
Thanks.
