"U.S. manufacturing expanded for the 14th consecutive month in July, boosted by new orders and higher production, the Institute for Supply Management said Monday. The institute said its manufacturing index registered 62.0 last month, up from 61.1 in June." Minority homeownership also set a new record with an increase of 0.2 percent in the second quarter. The rate of 51.0 percent means there are now 14.9 million minority homeowners in the United States."
