France is the enemy - France has always been the enemy.

Hence the reason why Reagan was alway pushing for more advanced weapons and why Bush MUST get what he needs for the Military - without having Hitlery emailing the list/plans to her cronies in China & other countries.

Add to the mix that Maria Teresa Thierstein Simoes-Ferreira
(Heinz Kerry) was a classmate of Kofi Annan at the college for interpreters in Geneva.

" There are a lot of people in high places who want to keep this story quiet. I doubt if we will ever find out the true story."

Especially since they're stonewalling the GAO and threatening witnesses. Definitely the actions of a fine, upstanding, falsely accused organization there </sarc>

The UN is France's Bitch.

Not to worry, they'll get theirs when it's Sharia Time in France.

I'll be Leading the Protestors if there is a Call for American Troops to Save France.

We are no longer a nation of laws, so I guess it doesn't matter.

I sure am glad the adults are back in charge. Aren't you?

"It is understood that Tony Blair is keen to discover whether the French government’s strong opposition to the Iraq war may have been partly to defend its businesses’ financial links with Saddam’s regime."

Partly? PARTLY? This is news? Does Blair think Bush is suppressing the info, that the audits ongoing won't be publicized?

Claudia Rosett is my favorite person right now - she's been doggedly asking questions about the oil-for-food program for almost 2 years.

Check out this latest:

An Oil-for-Food Connection?
From the August 9, 2004 issue: On whether any of Saddam's loot made its way
into Osama's pockets.

by Claudia Rosett
08/09/2004, Volume 009, Issue 45

IF, as the 9/11 Commission concludes, our "failure of imagination" left
America open to the attacks of September 11, then surely some imagination is
called for in tackling one of the riddles that stumped the commission: Where
exactly did Osama bin Laden get the funding to set up shop in Afghanistan,
reach around the globe, and strike the United States?

So let's do some imagining. Unfashionable though it may be, let's even
imagine a money trail that connects Saddam Hussein to al Qaeda.

Tks for that.

I just hope this all comes out, because if it doesn't, everything stinks.

I have yet to see anything that resembles this scandal in recent history. Every scumbag is involved and somehow the story is still below the radar.

<< France is the enemy - France has always been the enemy. >>

True.

But let US never forget that the one foot here and one foot there forked-tongued rooinekker, Tiny 'Sout Piel' Blare, is France's and the rest of the old Euro-peons' willing English-speaking mouthpiece.

And pretty-much deserving of the same contempt.

Such is the controversy that the UN, the US Senate and the Iraqi government are all carrying out their own inquiries into how the oil money was used.
Don't expect GWB to bring this up during his acceptance speech. The French are in the vise, and they know it. Rather than chasing them into some bogus European kangaroo kourt, they will be blackmailed into more acceptable behavior.

For now... eventually, after the inevitable terrorist Moslem uprising in France is put down, there will be post-WWII-style trials for today's pro-Arab thugs.

*Do* expect him to bring up Sudan, and to some extent, Iran. The Iran references could be something general about nuclear non-proliferation, and that would also pertain to North Korea.

Kerry would serve the interests of French, German, and Russian criminals at the expense of American national security and interests.
