I received an email from a friend in Eastern Iowa who informed me the Kerry campaign has rescheduled their appearance in order to be there BEFORE GWB,, the thinking amongst the locals is that Kerry will hang around to create a 'thin' police force for the Bush Event.

If I get more details, I'll try to remember to ping you to them.
