Is CNN feeling the heat, or have they nothing good to report for the Kerry team?

In the past few days CNN has reported the following

1. The DNC Balloons story. DON MISCHER aka Potty Mouth Balloon Boy

2. The 2 Marines in Wendy's that slam Kerry

3. No positive bounce in Kerry polls since the convention

Either way you look at it Kerry has not been looking good lately if you read CNN.

Billary doesn't want competition in 2008 from a Kerry Presidency.

For that reason alone I feel Kerry will lose this election. He's the token whipping boy sent out to feed the Republican Sharks.

It is not CNN's job to present the liberal side of the story. Our taxpayer funded NPR/PBS do that. It's good to see that they are willing to report news even if its bad for democrats.

I have to admit, I never watch CNN, but was channel surfing and saw them doing a story on Kerry, and lo and behold! they were talking about his "flip flops" and playing sound bite after sound bite.

Then, for balance, they had a friend of Kerry say, "well, this shows he's a deep thinker who can see all sides to an issue."

1) We are going into a weekend with most of this stuff, so come Monday it won't be much of a topic any longer. But they're still "on record" with it, making them just as fair and balanced....(just ask 'em)

2) Lotsa staff on vacation lately, no? I imagine the interns will be getting a good talking-to when the bosses get back from The Vineyard....
