Jar Jar had a cameo in "Attack of the Clones", but even he couldn't save it from the tediously boring scenes b/w Portman and the guy playing Annakin Skywalker(possibly the worst actor in the history of man). I actually fell asleep in the theater their superficial acting was so dull. I've been forced to watch some pretty awful chickflicks on Lifetime, but none of them ever had the complete lack of chemistry that futureVader and Amidala had in this mess.

I know, I've heard that their "chemistry", such as it was, didn't exactly wow audiences.

In some ways Richard Grieco is the worst actor in recorded history. Yet, in some other ways, he is the most remarkable.

Chau:

Richard Grieco kicks ass dude! I haven't washed this shirt-given to me by Richard Grieco-for two friggin' years man!

Like I said, it was so bad I fell asleep. The writing was terrible, and they both recited the lines like they were doing a denture cleaner commercial on the Shopping Network at 3 in the morning.

I went about 2 weeks after it came out, and there were only about 15 of us in the theater. I always sit in the back row on the aisle if possible, just in case I develop the urge to leave if it's bad enough. When they finally got to the final battle, another guy was sitting all the way on the other end of the back aisle, came and woke me up and said, "It's okay, the movie is finally starting to get interesting".

Thanks. It made a troll so made he tried to attack me in my sleep this morning. But my buddies on watch smacked him into oblivion. Trolls ought to know better.

Sounds bad.

I've left quite a few stinkers, but the only movie that I ever recall having slept through was Teen Wolf II.

That t-shirt logo looks like something off a psychedelic album cover from the '60s!
Anybody care to groove to The Electric Prunes??

Yeah, I noticed the "groovy graphics", too. Kind of like "The Beatles meet Sid & Marty Krofft". I'm not certain, but I think the old photo of JF'nK with John Lennon was the source of that image.

Quickest I ever pulled the trigger on walking out or pulling the plug on a rental was "Gone Fishin'" with Joe Pesci and Danny Glover. 10 minutes in, it was out of the VCR and on the way back to the rental place.

Just that one sentence synopsis is enough to put me off of Joe Pesce flicks for good.

He did make an interesting Christmas album though.

I loved "My Cousin Vinny" and "Goodfellas". Pesci is good when he wants to be, but this was just a plain dumb comedy that wasn't even funny.
