Stop saying lies on the thread, or we may need to revise the drinking rules.
As I understand, so far, it's Viet Nam and health care, for a sip.
If "lie" is added - this thread will go silent.
Tell this dumbass that the firefighteres are funded at a local level
Mayor O'Malley has Vulcan ears.
What does he mean they didn't come home from work on 9-11,he sound like everyone took a vacation on that day!
Diane Feinstein and now this mayor of Baltimore are ranting about "3 years later" and we haven't made changes.
If Jackson and Sharpton ever told the truth, their tongues would fall off.
Oh, now the FedGov is responsible for local responders. Do states and localities not get local taxes.
SHAME ON Mayor Martin O'Malley.
You know better than to hire your brother, even if he's being paid by a foundation grant - or you ought to. The distinction between surrounding yourself with trusted aides and nepotism is a clear one.
"I kind of look at having my brother there as protecting me," is not the kind of reasoning the city's chief executive should hide behind. Yet that's what you told The Sun's editorial board Wednesday.
Then there's the matter of your police chief hiring the brother of your top aide as his department's deputy director of public affairs.
When Baltimoreans elected you, they were seeking someone to fight crime and grime. They were also looking for a 21st century mayor, not an old-fashioned pol.
Guess which one you most resemble?

Freee-dame (pronounced Freeeee-dom)
For tonight's festivities, I'd like to suggest a new game (actually, it's my father's idea): Every time Edwards mentions that his father worked in a meeeeeeeeeeeeeeel, we take a drink. :D
Martin O'Malley, Mayor of Baltimore does that breathy preacher voice.
And what he says in that voice is despicable. However, it is Wellstone funerally-ish, so carry on, I say.
Who is this Baltimoron?
I know, I know. It's just that the number seems to keep changing. I thought it was just "tens of thousands", didn't realize it was "millions" ;-)
Kewl. :)
Mary Matalin was on Imus this morning and graciously suggested (tongue in cheek) that it wasn't drugs that Terry Kerry was on but the powers of yoga.....heehee
He wants to raise taxs for fed funds to the firefighters
"Every time Edwards mentions that his father worked in a meeeeeeeeeeeeeeel, we take a drink."
LOL, you are evil and my forehead is going to hit the keyboard.
Did he just say chemical attacks of cocaine and heroin?
yep
