Presidential Nomination Roll Call
Here come the PROMI$E$$$$
Ours was weekly. I was social chairman.
"WEALTHIEST AMERICANS"----DRINK!
This is making me sick, yuck, yuck!!
LOL
He asks, "What gets left behind?"
He actually waits for the audience to reply.
You can hear a pin drop from the bovine audience, before Edwards answers "Your dreams".
How very "trial-lawyerly" of him.
Cause she's cool that way.
You're gonna keep 98% of the BUSH tax cuts!
I think what we are seeing now is his lack of experience in politics.
He may handle a courtroom well, but this is not his forte.......not at all.
many in this audience show signs of reserve......I think they know he is too inexperienced for the job...
Of far greater importance is the thread entitled "Blob Director Dies."
"we are gonna keep 90% of the tax cuts???"
the ones he railed against?
Govnment is going to invest in technology? hmmmm.
Oh here we go, nanny state. These people are unfreakingbelievable.
Thanks, brother. FReepers are the best!
Play the policy of division: rich against poor, black against white, --Right of the Dems standard playbook. Strange, we have a guy worth over 70 million playing the populist. Soak the rich. Blame the corporations. For the first time, the US Chamber of Commerce is supporting a candidate--GWBush
Aren't these the same things the Clinton's promised back in '92?
Oh my gosh, is this 2 Americas the only speech he knows? Couldn't he find another topic for this convention?
He is doing fine...then tax rollback is a loser issue and he doesn't have anything to say, but give him 4-8 years and he could be a force. He is a cliche now but could grow into more...
This is why I didn't answer the FR POLL question today.
Wasteful Gov Spending...John, step outside the arena and check out the $20 billion tunnel the Dems in Mass built.
