He's lying. Reagan said about one dim convention that there were so many promises flying around that they did not have enough speakers to give them all. In this convention there are so many lies flying around, it is just a question who tells the biggest.

I agree, Edwards doesn't impress me. He is accustomed to people watching him talk because he is "cute". What he says isn't impressive. He is an actor.
