John F. Kerry has just arrived via plane in Boston.
Right now tv coverage shows him greeting supporters.
Shortly he will make what is supposed to be a dramatic trip via boat across the harbor and officially "arrive" at the Democrat Convention.

When he stepped off the plane and started greeting the male supporters he greeted a couple of them by cupping their faces with his hands.
I was afraid for a few seconds there.

Doofus Dorkus is just arriving in Boston, getting ready for his harbor invasion.
(I guess he's going to do it in his suit---and he is still wearing the pink tie.)

Kerry just got in a dark SUV. Fox has camera trained on the vehicle.

I was hoping he'd wear a special outfit for the boat ride. We found out the pink tie is really a pale red with little "JK" flags and '04s on it.
His caravan is leaving for the Naval Yard where he'll get on the boat.
How dramatic will it be? Will a lot of spectators and/or supporters be there to greet him?

Let's hope his boat invasion of Boston Harbor is about as successful as his baseball pitch to the National Guardsman 2 days ago.
Eleanor Clift is doing the morning kneepads ritual on FoxNews. She can't even lie the lie without stumbling over her words. Lemmings are in lock-step.

I counted 12 veterans, most in blue shirts greeting him. Fox titled the screen as Kerry Greeting Swift Boat Crew, but I find it hard to believe that Kerry would have to be introduced to the men he supposedly served with, and there was an awful lot of introducing going on during that photo op.

Kerry and Bush kind of remind me of Goofus and Gallant from the old Highlights magazine.

Shortly he will make what is supposed to be a dramatic trip via boat across the harbor and officially "arrive" at the Democrat Convention. My five year-old daughter and I took the same ten-minute ferry ride across the harbor a few Saturdays ago. As trips go, it's not all that dramatic, though it is fun -- especially with a five-year old.
Think Kerry will be standing on the bow looking resolutely into the distance like that picture of George Washington crossing the Delaware? I wouldn't put it past Kerry's people to set it up like that.

Aren't only two members of his Swift Boat crew supporting Kerry?
