God Bless you and your family, Mike! May his hand guide you through this time of division provided by democrats seeking nothing more than extension of power.

Little Ronnie, President Reagan's girly-man son, should put on his tights and stick to being a ballet dancer. He was behind the door when brains were given out.

Hi John! Good to see you again.

What really ticks me off about this speech is the fact that he was claiming NOT to be political and chastizing those who he said were grinding their political axes! What a bunch of phooey! His father was not just a Republican, he was one of the most admired men of his time! Out of respect for his father he could have gone to the Republican convention and delivered his plea. He doesn't do anything in the name of alzheimer's disease. He even used the example of a girl with diabetes rather than saying anything about his own father's illness. And he talks about others grinding a political ax? Frankly, I am glad that this freak is not a Republican. He only has the microphone because of his father's name, and he uses it to embarrass that legacy. I am just sorry to see that neither he nor Patti have kids. It's unlikely they will ever really understand the depth of their ignorance.

My impression was that Ron Reagan was speaking for his mother when he made his remarks. I heard that she even approved his speech. He was very careful not to endorse any candidate, though it may have been implied. I have heard Nancy Reagan speak out on the subject of stem-cell research. I just think her son was trying to bring it to a more national audience. He did sound pretty passionate about this, but he recently lost his father who he loved and respected a great deal, no matter their political differences.

Does anyone recollest any statement of principle, uttered by RR himself, that would tend--explicitly, or by inference--to illustrate what his stand on the issue was...or would be?

Ron Reagan Jr. is a tool, but I support stem-cell research. And if you had someone in your family who was paryalized or suffering from altzheimers (Or fear suffering from it yourself one day), you might too.

And no...They don't need to be taken from second trimester babies...They can be taken from newly formed embryos. And personally, I don't have a problem with that.

Ron Reagan Jr. will go down in history as having low character, he will reap what he sows. His father however will go down in history as a great man with character.

Ron Reagan, son of the late Republican president, last night at the Democratic National Convention called on Americans to "cast a vote for embryonic stem-cell research"

Is anyone seriously concerned about arcane scientific disputes? There is some issue over whether or not adult or embryonic stem cells are potentially better for treating diseases - neither attproach is at this moment vastly much more than conceptual.

I hate to see this happening to Mike and his family.

The enemy always tries to destroy what God put together.
He is conniving to the point of looking normal. Then, watch out!

John 10:10 says he comes to steal, kill and destroy.

But Jesus said "I came that you might have LIFE, and that, more abundantly"!

Satan's best play for power is looking like he's perfectly normal.
Scripture calls him an angel of light. 2 Cor. 11:14

If we aren't in tune with the Lord God of heaven............we will be charmed by him. And we will do his bidding!

We are seeing this ploy right in the city of Boston, this week!

Mike, I am actually a Conservative that favors Stem Cell Research. Thanks for giving your little brother and mother even more publicity for their stance on the issue.

Ron Reagan works for MSNBC. Were he actually a conservative and spoke at the GOP convention, what is the likelyhood he would still be employed as a media person?

The dream of the abortion industry is to be able to
tell women that they are "doing a good and honorable
thing, in fact an altruistic thing, by having an abortion".
The time will come when women having abortions will think
they are "giving" something back to society - if it keeps
going like it is.

If Ron & Patti were mine. I would have written them out of my last will and testament long ago. Adding an addendum,

"Since you chose to humiliate your father and me. Most monies and all property goes to the library. A LOT of money is going to the GOP."

(I realize Nancy is FOR this stem cell research because ronnie boy has sold it to her.)

Where was Ron Reagan and the stem-cell gang at when Reagan first announced he had Alzheimer's back in 1994? Oh never mind - Slick was President then the issue was nonexistant just like the homeless problem magically disappeared when Clinton took office.
