Actors should never be permitted to read their own press releases lest they begin to believe them.

I guess Richard decided that bashing presidents is a safer sport than bashing cars into trees while under the influence.

Brown said the election was the Democrats' to lose, because Bush had lost credibility by waging the Iraq War. ``I think George Bush is no longer trusted. You can't erase that in a campaign. If they don't trust you, they're not going to vote for you. These guys are so full of it! If that's true, WHY AREN'T THEY BEING HONEST ABOUT WHO THEY ARE?? Why are they trying to hide what they REALLY believe? Oh, could it be that they KNOW that if Americans KNEW what these socialists RATS wanted to do, they would lose BIG TIME?! Then again, they already know that, hence why they are HIDING who they are and what they believe and telling speakers to tone down the "Bush bashing". They KNOW that what happened at the Wellstone memorial is WHY they lost Congress!
And Richard Doofus needs to just shut up and ACT!

In this America, you point toward a sin and you are pointed at.As in when we refer to how shallow and amoral Hollywood is we are singled out?
You've played many roles, some of them very well done. Victim isn't one of them, sweet pea.

.... urging them to counter the Republicans' every attack and ``be consistent and in their face.'' A really dumb suggestion considering the Dems have such a huge disadvantage when it comes to the facts.
I found Dems to be extremely unprepared when it comes to answering any challenges to their positions.

Richard Dreyfus -- the actor -- turns out to be quite a pompous ass. He was very specific in which stations he would talk to and which he would not. The Boortz Show, of course, was a "would not." Fine. He did get set down in front of one station from Texas. "I'm not going to talk to Texas," he said ... and walked off. By the way, if you make the bucks that Dreyfus makes you would think that you could get someone to trim those huge globs of hair out of your ears once in a while. to quote Boortz at the Convention
