After seeing this, I am flabbeergasted. How they ever allowed that woman on stage is beyond me. I don't want her anywhere national security, helath care, or the Ministry of Poop Scooping.

I expect to see a whole slew of articles and broadcast segments trashing Laura Bush in the coming days. The only way they can even try to make the comparison a fair one is to tear Laura Bush down to Teresa's level.

What's up, oh cranky one.

Why don't you just go to sleep before you become more upset.

Good night now!

Nah, she has too much money, they'll let her do exactly as she pleases, no matter how bad she makes them look!
I don't know if C-Span will play again, I sure wouldn't want to listen to a repeat of that garbage! :)

The denial by libs is breathtaking. They are propping up Kerry big time. It is safe to say Bush and the republicans are going to get no fair shake from the media at their convention""

I don't know if we will need the media. I think the fact that Repub Convention is the Closer to the election and the last one of the year will help.
PLUS, They have a dem speaking in favor of Bush, as well as other heavy hitters.
Plus, all the gushing they have done and will do this week...will come to haunt them. When they attack Republicans at the NY Convention.....It will stick out as Bias to even people who are not well tuned in.

I believe Estrich was the one responsible for the Dukakis tank moment.

The pic wasn't irrelevant... everybody is falling asleep listening to this woman, and the posting of sleeping people (and my sleeping cat) portray that.

Relax.

When we were overseas recently we had to switch from CNN to the more "conservative" BBC.
The effete on CNN would think that Heinz-Kerry was brilliant...as they try to figure out what she was talking about.

Sheesh it was in keeping with the sleeping and bored to death theme during Theresa's speech.

Susan Estrich has to defend her, Terayza is the only woman in America who wears more makeup to even less effect than she does!

I can almost hear her braying "TA-RAAAAAAAAY-ZA"

She's a Dem ho and they are all spinning furiously. A little play on the "nuanced" thing. Guys, you see, just don't "get" Tuh-RAY-zah.

"This was a priceless, peerless prime time campaign speech. Me, me, my sons, I, I, their father, I, my mother, ME, my father, I, me, ME, john, Peace Corps, I, ME, Abe, I, ME, environment, I, I, Nelson, john, I, I, morals, johnkerry, WE, ME, I."

And the "Oh and vote for john because he has medals" bit tacked onto the very end.

Have you noticed that the Dems speeches all have one major theme? And that is that the Republicans have divided America. Isn't that the same theme they tried to push in 2000?

Suzan estrich is trying to spin this as women will get this. So ladies? did she reach you?

I am a woman, and I am what most people consider "odd" and "eccentric", but I certainly did NOT get this and I did NOT like it. I wasn't even entertained by it and I try to give fellow "oddies" a ton of leway. That was just bizzare.

I am getting tired of folks posting irrelevant stuff in the middle of threads.

And that kid was getting tired of listening to the speech.

If you want to start a "cute baby" thread, then go ahead...leave the rest of us alone....

SHOVE IT!
