[snip]
The famously off-the-cuff Heinz Kerry is scheduled to address the delegates tonight. At the Kennedy Center, her husband violated the cardinal rule of politics getting his picture taken in a ridiculous outfit.
Visiting the space shuttle Discovery, Kerry donned dust-free overalls that made him resemble the sperm cells in Woody Allen's "Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex (But Were Afraid To Ask)."
Republican operatives issued a press release featuring the photo and its predecessor the famous shot of 1988 Democratic nominee Mike Dukakis wearing an ill-fitting tank helmet.
"It's the picture worth a thousand words," said a GOP strategist as he chortled over the photo of Kerry.
But Democrats were not concerned.
"The brilliant Republicans who put George Bush in a flight suit to strut around an aircraft carrier won't get very far giving advice to NASA about the kinds of coveralls to wear," said Kerry campaign spokesman David Wade.

W walks like a jock. I have jock sibs and whenever I see the POTUS, I am transported back to the days when they were all
walking around our house. Jocks are always dynamically balanced because any minute one of their buddies could challenge them, throw them something, feint a punch...you never know.
Kerry has terrible posture, doesn't seem to know how to stand so he could recover his balance if necessary, was never taught that his arm/ball/racket whatever will follow the direction his lead foot is pointing, can't throw, can't catch and seems unaware of his surroundings. All his sports are solo types of things. He talks about sailing, but he means being chauffered on the water in a huge motor yacht. He would be a liability on any sailing vessle. You never see him on a racing sail boat, for example, because that is a team endeavor, takes agility and, again: balance.
When we were kids, he was what we called *the last marble*: the guy no one picked until they had to.
They are all so jealous of W it has turned them green.

I am enjoying them, actually!
I know for a fact that the liberals will call you mean if you forward any to them.

After his Twinkle Toes routine at the Redsocks game, while lobbing a ball from ten feet in front of the mound and not even reaching the CATCHER (the newly returned US soldier who was SUPPOSED to pitch but was bumped by the Dorkmeister)....this is just too funny.
This guy is soooo unreal he wouldn't make a decent "B" SCI FI plot.

As a former fighter pilot, President Bush is perfectly able to put his OWN flight suit on, NOT look like a dork in it AND land the plane on that aircraft carrier (et tu, Kerry??).

Did you pose for photo ops in your cleaning room suit every single day? On a side note, can you throw a ball?

Actually, since Bush flew in on a jet, wasn't a flight suit mandatory? It wasn't just put on him to "strut around in."

Is that the actual front page, or a mock-up? The "Bubble Boy" comment got me laughing. Turnabout is fair play - if the Dems can morph Bush into a monkey and Alfred E. Neuman, I guess we can have a little fun with Kerry.

LOL!
That's a keeper.
Maybe put on your page.
I hope it's still standing
on Rte 38 in Racine County, Wisconsin.

"I think we're starting to get a little shrill here guys."I think you're overreacting to your fellow FReepers' collective sense of the ridiculous. Why, I can't imagine.
Kerry's a dork and object of ridicule no matter what he wears. Or flips, or throws, or rides or attempts to shoot (these days; Vietnamese civilians were war crimes)

Judging from that photo, Kerry looks more like someone who will be able to protect this country from our enemas.

"Kerry Looked like a fool and they know it"...
You nailed this one, Mo. No matter HOW they try to spin this, I guarantee the Dem media people want to find the highest roof and push off the person who came up with this stunt.
I, always anxious to 'help' the Dems with their p.r. efforts, sent that particular picture to everyone I know with a request to pass it on.
