Dennis Miller is doing quite well. His show is a bit unorthodox...and it fits him.

I'm still amazed to see how Miller is so respectful and polite to Republicans. I can't believe this is the same guy that did the HBO show...his personality has changed for the better.

It provides content to various markets, including the U.S., Europe, and the Arabic speaking Middle East. It just provides value-neutral content for each market. If it loses the U.S. market, but retains Europe and Greater Arabia, well there's still plenty of profit in that.

When liberals and leftists go on rants about how terrible America is, they deliberately fail to mention who they think is responsible. Not them of course, but the great, ignorant unwashed who "hate, hate, hate" and who don't "care" like the pampered,effete, elites (libs) do. The detestation of the great middle class, which includes many Dems too, is prevalent among the elites. Flyover country is some place to be avoided at all costs.

I get the feeling that the elites look on in horror at the activities and lives of the people who comprise the great majority of Americans. "Why these rubes and hicks need someone to guide them and tell them what to do and think", so believe these lefties. The contempt they have for the middle-class is ill-concealed.

Besides the middle-class is forever getting in the way of the libs great social plans. A recent book by lefty Tom (?) Frank where a puzzled Frank bemoans the failure of Kansans to adopt socialist attitudes is very revealing. They frankly (no pun intended) do not understand what makes the middle-class tick.
