The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Australia and Italy have received warnings through a statement purportedly from militants linked to al Qaeda that demanded those countries withdraw troops from Iraq.

I was interested in the analysis of how Al Qaeda had infiltrated into other countries and established itself before beginning operations.

The main area to wrap these guys up and detect them before operations begin is in their intelligence collection phase of operations.

When they are captured, they should be forced to watch every movie of the "American Pie" series 24 hours a day for weeks at a time....LOL

PAKISTAN 'HOLDS' TOP AL-QAEDA MAN'

Pakistan says it has arrested a top Tanzanian al-Qaeda suspect, who has a $25m bounty on his head.

The suspect was someone "most-wanted internationally," said Pakistan Interior Minister Makhdoom Faisal Saleh Hayat, quoted by Reuters news agency.

Mr Hayat told CNN television on Thursday the suspect had been captured during a raid in central Pakistan.

They appear to be adaptable. Look at the difference between how they behave in the Phillippine Islands and Iraq compared to Indonesia or SA.

Makes sense. If I heard this story pre 9/11; dumping chemicals to get around the costs, would be the only reason I would think that an empty chemical tanker would be found.

Just the timing along with the still missing tanker from New Jersey earlier this year, these stories just tend to make me take notice.
